What kind of fitness blogger would I be if I didn’t give you
something to do in preparation for Thanksgiving feasting? So here it is, one of
my favorite core workouts, ever. I put this together one day before ballet when
I really wanted to increase my core awareness during class. I hope you feel the burn as much as I do, and enjoy your Thanksgiving feast guilt-free!
